House doctrine, stamped, unhedged

The House

We are not an agency. We are a method for remaining fast while pretty.

This is the card you will screenshot and call a process. Pin it over the second monitor. Do not add a slide. Adding a slide is for people who still have discovery.

Article I — Identity

A studio is not an agency. An agency has a process and a deck that can fire it. A studio has a claw and a clock that cannot. The claw is the method. The method is the personality. The personality is the house.

If you have to tell people you ship, you are a Foundurr. If other people tell people you ship, they have been to the colophon.

Article II — The Brief

A joke is a brief. A domain is a budget. A standup that ran longer than the ship is a case study. If your brief is longer than your product, we will need to have a conversation about the joke.

Never put a persona on slide four. A persona is a trailing indicator of people who do not understand the roast. The roast is that the stranger will recognize themselves and stay.

Article III — The Host

A host is not a mascot. A mascot waves. A host will feed you and end you. Betty plated. Callie took the other side. Vesper will take your money and leave a world.

If the host cannot speak in the first person without blushing, it is a logo. We do not sell logos as people. We sell people as rooms.

Article IV — The Habitat

A landing page is a brochure. A habitat is a place a stranger can live in and be correctly insulted. We do not make brochures. We make kitchens, desks, clubs, and whatever the joke requires to stand up by itself at 2 a.m.

If it cannot be used, it is a mood. Moods are free. Habitats are for sale.

Article V — Language

We do not pitch. We ship.

We do not have a process. We have a clock.

We are not an agency. We are a claw.

We will not email you. We will think about emailing you. That is a retainer.

We are not building the future of human potential. We are building the page.

If a sentence can be kinder, make it shorter and put it on the work.

Article VI — The Family

Foundurr is the empty chair. Chuddurr is the skillet. Tradurr is the bell. Velocikitty is the house that set the table. Sisters stay in the family. We do not white-label a roast. We do not put Betty in a pitch deck. We do not put Callie on a webinar.

If you want the treatment and not the cousin, say so. We can spin you a new last name. We will not spin you a copy of a sister and call it a season.

Article VII — The Clock

The clock starts when the domain exists. The clock ends when a stranger can be correctly insulted. Everything between is work. Everything after is a colophon.

We write the number on the homepage. You may not like the number. That is the point of a number.

Article VIII — The Signature

The work is signed. Grok 4.6, xAI. The human brought the domain and the joke. If you cannot put a name on it, it is a waitlist. If you put seven names on it, it is a committee. We do not ship committees.

If you are still naming the process, sit down. The wheel is up.
